Ready to play eFootball Co-op but your teammate does not appear, an invitation remains pending, or your duo is not marked ready? Do not start by submitting duplicate entries. Diagnose the account, verification, invitation and tournament status separately. These are safe, player-facing checks—not private technical workarounds.
Identify what the page actually says
Open the event on Zaplat Gaming. Is teammate selection unavailable, is the account missing from your search, is an invitation pending, or is the team still unconfirmed after acceptance? These are different symptoms. A generic refresh cannot always solve all of them.
Case 1: You cannot find your teammate
Ask your friend to sign into their individual account and complete its ordinary registration. Use the exact teammate search or selection controls provided on the tournament screen rather than guessing private IDs. Select the intended member carefully. Nobody needs to share passwords.
Case 2: An invitation was sent but not accepted
The outstanding action may belong to your teammate. Ask them to check the available invitation or event area and accept the correct request. Sending an invitation does not equal acceptance, so review the event's displayed status before sending repeated requests.
Case 3: One player is still unverified
Both teammates must complete verification for a confirmed Co-op entry under the event requirements. If either request is under review, the duo may not yet be eligible. Verification asks for accurate details to protect fair participation; responses are normally sent within 24 hours at most, although follow-up information may be needed.
Case 4: Both are verified but the team is not ready
Check whether the invitation was accepted and whether the event is asking for any additional confirmation or agreement to its rules. Two ready accounts and a fully linked tournament team are not necessarily the same state. Follow the public event instructions, not assumptions about an internal system.
Case 5: The add-partner control has disappeared
First review whether entries are still open, whether the registration deadline passed and what the current event rules require. If the relevant option is unavailable despite meeting the listed criteria, use official support and describe the displayed symptom without posting private information.
Avoid duplicate accounts and repeated submissions
Creating several accounts or resubmitting a pending entry can make it harder to understand the true team state. Check for an existing request, allow the status to update and then seek help if necessary. Never disclose a password or sign-in code to prove tournament eligibility.
The five-check readiness test
Check in order: does each person have an individual account; is verification completed for both; was the correct invitation sent and accepted; is the event open and are the current rules met; and does the event itself show the team as confirmed? Investigate the first unmet item.
When it makes sense to contact support
If the page still shows an unclear team status after both accounts are verified and the invitation is accepted, report the event name and the action that failed. If asked for a screenshot, obscure personal details and use only the official support channel.
Free entry does not guarantee a place or a prize
The Zaplat Co-op Cup has been publicly promoted as a free-to-enter eFootball event with a prize opportunity. That does not promise acceptance, a win or a prize for everyone. Live event terms and deadlines always override a dated guide.
Where to find the complete signup walkthrough
If neither player has registered yet, our separate eFootball tournament signup guide explains the initial steps. This article specifically helps teams whose account, invitation or verification state seems incomplete; another companion article presents the Cup.
Make the next step clear for both players
Have each teammate sign up and verify, send and accept the correct invitation, recheck the event's status and rules, then follow updates. Work through the visible states rather than looking for risky shortcuts.
Why doesn't my eFootball teammate show up?
Check their account registration and the selection method offered by the event. If they are ready yet remain missing, use official support.
Is my own verification enough for the team?
No. Both players need their own verified accounts and a confirmed partnership.
Does a sent invitation complete our team?
No, your partner must accept it and the event may require further confirmation.
What if the invitation is still pending?
Ask your partner to review the official event/invitation area and accept the correct request. Avoid unnecessary duplicate invitations.
Is the Co-op tournament free and prize-bearing?
The currently advertised Cup has free entry and prizes, but all conditions and results are governed by the live listing.
