Objectives in EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team are a core part of seasonal progression, not just a side checklist. You complete different goals to earn Season Points (SP) and other rewards, raise your Reward Level and move along the Season Pass. The important part is that Objectives do not all track the same way: some are tied to campaigns, Live Events, Evolutions orGallery, so reading the exact requirement before you play can save wasted matches.
Where do you find Objectives in FC 27?
Ultimate Team has its own Objectives area, but Campaign Hub is the key overview for active campaigns, events and their connected Objectives. EA says Campaign Hub identifies new relevant Objectives orEvents, shows when you have completed them and can surface upcoming Live Events.
What are Season Points (SP)?
SP is seasonal progression currency. Completing eligible Objectives can give SP and other rewards. Earning SP increases your Reward Level and unlocks rewards on the Season Pass. Some Objectives have direct rewards as well, so SP is not always the only value attached to a task.
Is Season Pass progression shared across modes?
Yes. In FC 27, EA currently lists Ultimate Team, The Grounds and Career Mode as supported ways to progress the Season Pass. The progression system is shared, while rewards appear in the mode they belong to.
Does SP carry into the next Season?
No. At the end of a Season, your SP total and Reward Level reset. There is no reason to save SP for the next Season. As expiry approaches, prioritize Objectives you can realistically finish before they close.
Daily Objectives
Daily Objectives are available for a limited time and can award SP toward your Season Pass. They are useful for steady day-to-day progression without waiting for larger weekly groups.
Weekly Objectives
Weekly Objectives are groups of tasks. Individual Objectives can have their own rewards, while finishing the whole group can award an additional group reward. Check the group completion reward before ignoring the final task.
Season Objectives
Season Objectives remain available for longer portions of a Season, but they are still time-limited. Check the in-game expiry details instead of assuming they last until every other Objective closes.
Dynamic Objectives
Dynamic Objectives are limited-time tasks tied to campaigns, events orother Ultimate Team activities. Their start and end times vary, which makes Campaign Hub more useful than following a fixed weekly routine.
How Objectives work in Live Events
Some Live Events let you complete Objectives through Player vs. Environment (PvE) matches. EA says PvE Objectives can award rewards as soon as you complete them. If an Objective group and event expire with rewards still unclaimed, those rewards can be automatically claimed for you.
Do the same Objectives count in PvE and PvP?
Sometimes. EA says some Objectives can progress across both PvE and Player vs. Player (PvP), while others require a specific match type. Read the requirement literally before playing; winning a match does not mean every match-related Objective will progress.
Difficulty requirements in Live Events
Some PvE Objectives include difficulty requirements. EA also notes that playing at a higher required difficulty can unlock better Objective rewards. That does not mean every Objective automatically rewards maximum difficulty; the requirement on the Objective is what matters.
What happens if you quit a PvE Live Event match?
EA states that quitting a PvE match in Live Events forfeits the match and gives you a 3–0 loss. If your Objective depends on the result, completion orprogress from that match, quitting can waste the attempt.
Evolution Objectives
Some Evolution levels require gameplay Objectives with the Evolution Player Item itself. Check the Evolution requirements to see which match types oractions count. Simply owning the player oreven putting the Item in your squad does not guarantee progress.
Gallery Objectives
Gallery Objectives reward progress inside Gallery. Depending on the task, you may need to complete a specific subset, complete a specific set, finish a number of subsets, orreach a required rank orgrade in a subset. Rewards can include experience, Season Pass experience, tokens, Player Items, Packs, Draft Tokens and Evolution consumables.
Does old Gallery progress count?
Not always. EA says general Gallery Objectives count progress made after the Objective becomes available. However, if an Objective asks for a specific subset you already completed, that previous completion can count. Do not assume all Gallery progress is retroactive—or that none of it is.
Foundation Objectives
Foundation Objectives introduce key parts of Ultimate Team and reward new players as they learn the mode. If you are starting late orbuilding a fresh Club, they are a sensible early priority before more complex objectives.
Milestone and Mastery Objectives
Milestone and Mastery Objectives are longer-term goals that run across the game cycle. Treat them as background progression unless a specific reward is valuable enough to justify targeted grinding.
How do you claim Season Pass rewards?
EA's current flow is FC Hub > Season > highlight the unlocked reward > Claim. Ultimate Team rewards appear in Store orInventory, The Grounds rewards in Inventory, and Career Mode rewards under Customize in Manager orPlayer Career. After a match, you can also see how much SP you earned, and a newly reached tier can be claimable from the post-match flow.
Free Season Pass vs Premium Pass
The standard Season Pass is free and lets you unlock rewards through SP. Premium Pass is an optional paid upgrade that adds an extra reward track running alongside the free track. Both tracks use the same SP progression, so Premium does not create a separate XP system.
What if you buy Premium Pass mid-Season?
EA says that upgrading to Premium Pass mid-Season instantly unlocks the Premium rewards for levels you have already reached. Your existing SP progress is not discarded.
How can Premium Pass be unlocked?
Depending on the mode and the options available to your account, EA supports methods including FC Points, Ultimate Team Coins when buying through Ultimate Team, Generic Tokens and Season Tokens. The choices shown can vary, so verify the selected currency ortoken before confirming.
A practical SP plan
- Start each session in Campaign Hub to spot new and expiring Objectives.
- Complete quick Daily Objectives when they fit your normal play.
- Check the Weekly group reward before skipping the last task.
- Stack multiple Objectives in one match only when their match-type requirements overlap.
- For Live Events, confirm PvE vs PvP and any difficulty requirement first.
- For Evolutions, confirm the exact Player Item and actions required.
- Watch the Season expiry instead of leaving important SP to the final hours.
- Claim unlocked rewards and check the correct mode if they do not appear immediately.
Common mistakes
- Assuming every match counts toward every Objective.
- Forgetting that SP resets with the new Season.
- Quitting a PvE Live Event match and taking the 3–0 loss.
- Playing on a difficulty that does not meet the Objective requirement.
- Treating Premium Pass as a separate progression system.
- Assuming all old Gallery progress is automatically retroactive.
- Forgetting to Claim a reward orlooking for it in the wrong mode.
